The course provides a thorough introduction to the features and functions of NetVCR together with proactive network management and surveillance techniques. It also introduces students to NIKSUN's suite of optional solution modules. Students will master operating the NIKSUN appliance and understand the purpose/use of all features contained in the Network Performance Monitoring solution. Upon completion, participants will have a solid understanding of how to identify performance issues, use reporting capabilities, leverage Cyberklix support services and apply software upgrades to the solution.
