John Menezes - President and Chief Executive Officer John was responsible for developing the Managed Security Service based on innovation and thought leadership which has mushroomed into one of the leading MSSPs in North America. The service makes it finally possible for enterprises to be secure without making huge investments in security management. John has been in information technology for the last 25 years. He has held various sales and engineering positions both in Canada and abroad. Before launching Cyberklix John was the Region Manager for Conexsys Communications, a Canadian Value Added Reseller. John had a great track record at Conexsys receiving many awards for leading a very successful sales team. Optimism and hard work are just some of the qualities that John has demonstrated as a true leader of a very successful business. John Menezes has been at the helm of the company since its inception 10 years ago. His dreams and vision have been the driving force behind the success that Cyberklix has enjoyed over the last eight years. The dream was to build a Security and Network Services company focused on solving customer challenges with innovation and thought leadership. John believed that security and network technology when applied correctly was a powerful tool and a true business enabler. The continued success of Cyberklix demonstrates a dream becoming reality.
	Luigina Polidori – Director Sales and Marketing Luigina has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. She has held various technical and sales positions over that time. Luigina’s success in sales is attributed to the strong customer focus and understanding the customer’s requirements. She understands that technology is an enabler of business strategies and in line with Cyberklix’s vision she provides customers with innovative solutions that enable cost savings and efficiencies. Her strong people skills and ability to motivate provide strong leadership to the Cyberklix’s sales team.
	Nathan Sherlock, CISSP, GIAC-GCIH, CEI, CEH, ITILv3  - Manager, Security Operations Center Nathan joined Cyberklix in 2005 and has enjoyed managing the Cyberklix Security Operations Center for the past 3 three years.  Prior to working at Cyberklix, Nathan was part of the Information Security Team of a multi-national investment firm, where he worked for six years and had a lead role in a global Vulnerability Management Project.  While at Cyberklix, Nathan has been involved in hands-on implementations, project planning, resource management, staff mentoring, process and methodology  development, product research and numerous client presentations.  Nathan is passionate about Information Security and client driven.  He views the Security Operations Centre as a true partner with Cyberklix Managed Clients and is always seeking ways to demonstrate thought leadership.  Furthermore, Nathan utilizes process, technology, education and people to achieve an exceptional Managed Security Services experience for our clients.
	Ryan Kelly - Manager Inside Sales Ryan has over 10 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. Working at Cyberklix Ottawa for the past 7+ years, Ryan has held various positions in Sales, including Federal Government Account Manager, and Manager of Customer Education. Ryan currently manages the Cyberklix Inside Sales Team, and deals with clients across Canada and the United States. Ryan graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1998. If he’s not in the office, you can usually find him on the golf course.
	Dave Langlands – Chief Security Architect An accomplished technology executive with over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, information security, and information technology, David’s expertise include global network infrastructure, information security, systems integration, and technical consulting. David’s earlier roles as CSO, CTO and CIO included delivering managed security services, development of security programs, helping large customers meet compliance objectives and implementation of multi-million dollar web infrastructure. His flawless execution has dramatically improved customer services and customer self-service. His architecture skills include the implementation of a global wireless network for several cellular carriers on 3 continents. Other accomplishments include and engineering, operation and maintenance of networks that support the NFL, NHL, NASCAR, MLS, PGA and LPGA websites. He is also currently pursuing his Master in Information Systems at Northwestern University.
	Denise Penney – Office Manager Denise joined Cyberklix in 2005 to take over the Human Resources, Accounting and Office Management. Prior to working at Cyberklix Denise had various roles in Purchasing, Operations and Facility Management based primarily in the computer and IT related space. Her experience allows her to effectively manage diversity and dynamic teams in the right environment typical of high-tech firms. In her spare time Denise enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
