TRAINING PROGRAMS:
 
Tuition costs cover all course materials, classroom and lab instruction, refreshments provided and certificate of completion. Cost of parking, travel, accommodation and meals are exempt.
 
Classroom learning is only available to employer-sponsored trainees.

Regular and Discounted Pricing:
 
Training Credits may be purchased in advance then redeemed at a future date for a scheduled Cyberklix courses. Purchasing credits avails clients to discounts based on the volume of credits purchased at the time of sale. 
Regularly priced credits are available at $500 each. Discounted credit prices start at $450 and can be purchased for as low as $375 per credit. Applicable sales tax is not included.

Redeeming Credits:

Credits are valid for one year after the date of purchase. After one (1) year credits expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded. 
 
Credits have no cash value.
 
Credits cannot be redeemed for privately arranged training, onsite training or other Cyberklix professional services.
 
Once Credits have been purchased training may be booked immediately.  Full payment must be received prior to attending any course.
 
Ordering Credits:

Payments:
 
Company payments may be made through approved company purchase order or prepaid government training form. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 
 
For credit card users Cyberklix is not responsible for price changes due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Currency conversion shall be done by the credit card company.
 
Applicable taxes will be applied to invoices.
 
TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
Refunding and Rescheduling:
 
When rescheduling a Customer is entitled to equivalent class credits that must be used towards another class offered by Cyberklix Inc. within three (3) months of the date of the original class.
 
Failure to provide written notice at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the class obligates the Customer to make payment for the full price of the class. For training ordered via Cyberklix Inc.’s web-based enrollment tool, cancellation notices may be given using the web-based tool. For all other Training orders, cancellation notices must be emailed to training@cyberklix.com no less than fourteen (14) business days in advance of the class start date. Cyberklix Inc. is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice.
 
14 Days Notice:
 
If written notice is received at least (i) fourteen (14) business days in advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a full refund of its payment or (ii) reschedule the class, (iii) subsequent rescheduling is permitted, (iv) rescheduled classes will not be refunded when cancelled by the Customer.
 
7 to 13 Days Notice:
 
If written notice is received at least (i) seven (7) business days in advance of the class, the customer is entitled to reschedule the class. The customer will not be refunded money.
 
0 to 6 Days Notice:
 
A Customer is not entitled to a refund or class credits if advanced written notice is given less than seven (7) business days prior to the class starting date.  
 
Student Substitution:
 
Student substitution is permitted. Substitution requires (i) notification of one (1) business day (ii) company or signing manager’s authorization.
 
Course Cancellations:
 
Cyberklix Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a Training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the Training. In the event a Training class is cancelled, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. Cyberklix Inc. shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages.
 
If a Training class is cancelled by Cyberklix Inc. due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original class for another class offered by Cyberklix Inc.
 
Failure to Attend:
 
If Customer fails to attend the training ("no show"), the Customer is obligated to make payment for the full price of the class.
 
Extenuating Circumstances:
 
In the event of an emergency that prevents a student from attending or completing the course appropriate authorization or documentation will be required. The student will then be permitted to reschedule the class.
 
RETURN POLICY:
 
Products purchased and received by customers are subject to manufactures warranty and return policies. Cyberklix accepts no responsibility or liability for defective or incomplete products.
 
GUARANTEE:
 
If upon completion of the first day of instruction a student is not satisfied with the course for any reason the may withdraw. In order to withdraw the student must, (i) notify the instructor of their wishes, (ii) return all course materials, (iii) contact the registrar prior to the close of the business day (5:00 pm). A student may have a 100% refund or apply the money towards future training. (iv) The guarantee is in effect only if the student signed in to the roster prior to the 8:30 am class start time and fully completes the first day of the course. All training materials will be retained by the instructor during and after withdrawal from the course.
